Former Garage Owner Steals Customer's Truck In Northern Westchester, Still At Large: Police

Police are searching for a former garage owner who they say allegedly stole a customer's truck in Northern Westchester.

According to state police, Carlos Vera, who once owned C&K Little Garage in Cortlandt, stole a customer's 2012 Ford F150 pickup truck upon closing the business and left the area with it.

After receiving a stolen vehicle complaint, authorities set out to find Vera, who is a former resident of the Verplanck area of Cortlandt, state police announced on Wednesday, March 22.

Anyone with any information regarding Vera's whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Melendez at 914-769-2600, and reference case number 11206641.
